Job Description:

through our collaboration between Banner Health and Quest
Diagnostics. Our team in Arizona is committed to providing critical
medical data to both patients and healthcare providers, helping to
shape an informed patient care environment. As a Medical Laboratory
Technician/Scientist, you will conduct a variety of laboratory
tests and procedures to assist in diagnosing, monitoring, and
treating diseases. Your meticulous approach to lab work and
adherence to compliance standards will directly contribute to our
mission of delivering outstanding lab services. Conduct chemical,
biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and
bacteriological tests. Analyze body fluids, such as blood, urine,
and tissue samples, and record normal or abnormal findings. Use and
maintain lab equipment in accordance with industry standards to
ensure operational functionality and accuracy. Collaborate with
healthcare providers to interpret test results and identify
necessary additional tests. Uphold quality controls and validate
lab equipment and procedures. Ensure compliance with health and
safety guidelines to maintain a safe laboratory environment.
Proficiency using clinical laboratory equipment Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a
team Detailed-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Effective
written and verbal communication skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from
the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent is
highly preferred.
