Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Inventory Supervisor to
oversee the daily operations of STIIIZY's inventory functions. This
role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records,
optimizing inventory control processes, coordinating transfers, and
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail,
and a commitment to operational excellence within a fast-paced and
dynamic environment. While the primary focus of this role is
Inventory Supervisor, the successful candidate may also cross-train
in other positions within the department based on organizational
needs. Key Responsibilities: Oversees daily inventory operations
including receiving, storage, transfers, and reconciliation of
goods. Administers inventory policies and procedures governing the
movement and tracking of products. Oversees cycle counts and
assists with full physical inventory audits to ensure inventory
accuracy. Investigates and resolves inventory discrepancies and
variances in a timely manner. Ensures all inventory activities are
compliant with state cannabis regulations, including METRC
tracking. Maintains accurate inventory records within ERP/WMS
systems and ensures alignment between physical and system
inventory. Generates routine inventory reports and monitors key
metrics such as accuracy and shrink. Implements process
improvements to increase efficiency and reduce inventory-related
loss. Coordinates inbound and outbound transfers between facilities
and retail locations. Supervises and trains inventory associates to
meet operational goals. Provides leadership, coaching, and guidance
to team members. Handles complex inventory issues and escalates
when necessary. Performs work under minimal supervision. Performs
other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned
by supervisor. Diligent, punctual, and ready to work. Technical
Skills & Abilities: Strong understanding of inventory control
principles including FIFO and lot tracking. Experience working with
inventory management systems or ERP platforms. Advanced Microsoft
Excel skills required. Strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities. Effective decision-making and organizational skills.
Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to
multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Leadership
and team development skills. Education & Experience: Comprehensive
experience and/or knowledge within the cannabis industry preferred.
Experience managing inventory in a regulated industry preferred.
High School diploma required. Typically requires a bachelor's
degree in related field or equivalent experience; preferred.
Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills required. Minimum of 2-3 years
of relevant experience required. Requirements: Must be at least 21
years of age. Available for on-site operations Monday through
Friday. Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities,
not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry such weight a minimum
distance of 50 feet. Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a
desk, and working on a computer. Must be able to access and
navigate each department at the organization's facilities. Ability
to get in and out of a vehicle and walk up and down stairs during
shift. Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time,
bend, kneel, squat, and twist. Lifting and transporting of
moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
