Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their business needs and offer suitable telecommunications solutions Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company Conduct presentations and demonstrations to clients to showcase the benefits of our telecommunications products Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure client issues are resolved promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including competitors and market trends Participate in training and development sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze customer needs and sales data Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Strong presentation skills Proven negotiation abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Sales Certification (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)) is an advantage Training in customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial
