our name is trusted across the state. We’re hiring an experienced
Sales Representative for high-ticket B2C sales. This role is built
for closers who want uncapped income, strong inbound demand, and
the backing of a proven brand. Compensation • $50,000 base salary •
Uncapped commission performance bonuses • First-year on-target
earnings: $140,000 • Top performers earn $200,000–$300,000 • No

What You’ll Do • Work directly with homeowners and property owners
(B2C) • Convert inbound leads and referrals into closed deals •
Conduct site visits and present customized solutions • Manage your
pipeline using HubSpot • Coordinate with internal teams to move

Proven success in B2C or high-ticket consumer sales • Strong
follow-up, communication, and closing skills • Comfortable selling

accountable, and results-driven • Valid driver’s license and
ability to travel throughout Arizona • Construction or home
services sales experience is a plus Important to Know This is not
