Job Description:

Client: Banking

Position: LoanIQ Analyst

Duration: 12 months

Location: Chandler, AZ

Payrange: $32-36/hr

DayToDay Responsibilities:

Assist the lending operations team with testing procedures during a system conversion from AFS to Loan IQ

Perform loan accounting while data is converted from AFS to LoanIQ

Assist with business requirement development

Conduct testing of system capabilities

Handle data supplementation and reconciliation of converted data

Participate in planning sessions for weekend events

Book or close commercial loans on Loan IQ

Required Skills:

3+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting experience.

LoanIQ experience - skilled user

Commercial loan closing experience

MS Excel - user level experience
