Job Description: This project involves compiling all existing Operations Safety & Readiness programs to document their current state, develop a comprehensive roadmap for future improvements, and create detailed project plans for execution.
The Project Coordinator will drive the roadmap by running cross-functional meetings, identifying action items, and ensuring successful completion of tasks.


Responsibilities: Program assessment in current state.
Project plans.
Roadmap for maturity with dependencies.
Run cross-functional meetings, identifying action items and driving to successful completion.
Build positive relationships and trust over time through strong on-time delivery of projects, high quality, continuous innovation, and by exceeding expectations.
Analyze data using logic and reason to make sound decisions/recommendations.
Develop and prepare project documentation, improve processes, maintain web pages and track reports to communicate details of project Requirements.
Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will also have some of the following technical skills: MySQL, PHP, Python or other scripting language.


Experience: 5+ in project management
Strong organizational skills
PMP
Safety background (transportation)


Skills: Project Management.
Strong organizational, analysis, and communication skills.


Education: Bachelor's Degree.
