In this role, you will work with specialized equipment to heat and cool metal parts in a controlled environment, ensuring they meet required strength and performance standards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a process-driven setting, takes pride in precision, and understands the importance of doing the job right every time. Skills and Experience: Skills: Heat treating / thermal processing (preferred) Furnace or oven operation Temperature control and monitoring Process documentation and record keeping Reading work instructions and specifications Blueprint or technical drawing interpretation Material handling (especially metals) Equipment operation (industrial machinery) Basic mechanical aptitude Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Experience operating industrial equipment or machinery is a plus Experience following detailed work instructions or process steps Familiarity with quality checks, inspections, or documentation Heat treat or thermal processing experience is a plus, but not required Willing to train candidates with strong reliability and attention to detail Benefits: Don't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
