Job Details Position: Production Associate Location: Casa Grande, AZ Pay: $15.50/hour Schedule: Full-time (specific shift discussed at interview) Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire What You'll Do Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Operate equipment as trained by supervisors or experienced personnel Monitor product quality throughout production Participate in cross-training across line positions Perform startup and shutdown procedures as directed Maintain accurate counts and complete production documentation Keep work area clean, organized, and hazard-free Attend safety meetings and participate in safety audits Complete general labor duties as needed to meet production goals Skills and Experience: Preferred Experience & Skills Previous experience in food or chemical manufacturing a plus Forklift experience is a plus Familiar with SOPs and production safety protocols Basic math skills and ability to multitask effectively Clear understanding of Lockout/Tagout and Hazard Communication procedures Ability to read and follow signage and safety instructions Must have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must Benefits: Don't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
