Job Description Job Description Warehouse Supervisor LHH Recruitment is partnering with a construction company in Downtown Phoenix who is looking for a warehouse supervisor to join their team. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The salary range is between $50,000-$65,000 DOE. This job is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring materials and equipment are properly received, stored, and distributed to job sites. This position requires full onsite presence and occasional local travel within Arizona to support project needs. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control Lead, train, and support warehouse team members to ensure productivity and safety compliance Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts Coordinate delivery schedules to construction job sites throughout Arizona Ensure proper storage and organization of materials, tools, and equipment Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure timely material distribution Monitor warehouse cleanliness and organization standards Qualifications: 3 years of warehouse experience, preferably within the construction industry Previous supervisory or team lead experience required Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain) Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse best practices Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment Valid Arizona driver's license with ability to travel locally as needed Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in basic computer systems and inventory software Interested?
