Specialist to join their logistics hub in Chandler, AZ. If you are

company, this is the place to be! Role Overview As a Department
Specialist, you will play a critical role in the supply chain that
directly impacts patient care. You will be responsible for
coordinating complex delivery routes for over 45 CDL drivers,
ensuring that more than 4,800 home patients receive their essential
medical supplies on time and in compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Routing: Coordinate and optimize
delivery routes for up to 5 regional facilities to ensure efficient
patient delivery. Driver Liaison: Serve as the primary point of
contact for a fleet of 45 CDL Delivery Drivers, resolving real-time
delivery issues and managing daily logistics paperwork. DOT
Compliance: Maintain and audit Driver Qualification files (JJ
Keller), driver logs, and fuel trip reports to ensure 100%
adherence to State and Federal regulations. Supply Chain
Collaboration: Work closely with 3PL partners to manage the
picking, sequencing, and staging of life-critical products.
Proactive Communication: Act as a bridge between internal
departments (Sales, Customer Service) and external partners (Clinic
Nurses, Patients) to provide "Best in Class" service. Operational
Analysis: Audit freight bills and generate performance reports to
identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities. Qualifications
Experience: 2 years of professional experience in logistics,
transportation, or high-volume distribution. Education: High school
degree or equivalent required. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills
in Microsoft Excel and the ability to navigate multiple specialized
software applications. Communication: Exceptional verbal and
written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Preferred: Familiarity with DOT rules/regulations and experience
with JJ Keller or similar compliance software.
