you. Locations: Scottsdale, AZ / Dallas, TX Team Overview As the
Development Project Coordinator, you will oversee all projects
related to the Development team's resources, collateral assets, and
reports and proposals. This role is responsible for managing
project workflows in Wrike, including creating templates, setting
timelines, tagging team members, and maintaining the intake
process. The Project Coordinator ensures timely delivery of
recurring updates, special projects, and marketing initiatives that
support Development's strategic goals. Additionally, this role
maintains an annual project calendar to proactively anticipate
start dates and deadlines for ongoing updates. Key Responsibilities
Manage all Development-related projects in Wrike: Create and
maintain project templates. Set timelines and milestones. Tag and
coordinate team members. Maintain project intake and tracking.
Maintain and update an annual calendar to anticipate project start
dates and deadlines for recurring updates. Manage Wrike for all
Development and Foundation projects related to unique proposals and
reports. Coordinate creation and execution of KW's monthly MnF
email. Manage the execution of special projects that are required.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 years of project coordination or project management experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, and excellent
communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing projects in Wrike or similar platforms. Pay &
