Job Description:
EKS Group, LLC is seeking a dynamic Intelligence Instructor I to
join our team of dedicated professionals focused on delivering
top-tier training solutions in the intelligence domain. This role
is perfect for individuals passionate about educating and shaping
the next generation of intelligence professionals to meet the
evolving challenges in global security. As an Intelligence
Instructor I, you will leverage your expertise to develop and
deliver intelligence courses, using innovative teaching methods
tailored to adult learners in defense and intelligence settings.
Design and deliver comprehensive intelligence training programs
tailored to adult learners in the defense sector. Update curriculum
and course content in response to advances in intelligence
techniques, technology, and changes in geopolitical landscapes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules and make iterative
improvements to maximize learner engagement and retention. Conduct
training needs analyses to identify specific requirements for
different intelligence personnel levels. Collaborate with
intelligence professionals and academic partners to ensure relevant
and current content. Maintain a high standard of professionalism
and confidentiality, pertinent to national security and proprietary
information. Strong knowledge of current intelligence gathering and
analysis techniques. Proficiency in the use of intelligence
analysis software and databases. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, crucial for effective teaching and
documentation. Ability to design instructional materials that
effectively address the needs of learners with diverse educational
backgrounds. Knowledge of adult learning principles and
methodologies. Capability to work under pressure and adapt to
dynamic environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
