Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and venue servers with precision and efficiency. Actively take orders, conduct full food and beverage service, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Present menus, answer questions, and make personalized recommendations for food and drinks. Inform guests of daily specials and promotions while ensuring awareness of dietary restrictions or allergies. Accurately enter orders into the POS system and follow proper payment handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, bar area, and liquor displays, adhering to health and safety standards. Set up and break down bar stations, including stocking supplies, organizing equipment, and completing side work as directed. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, following state regulations and alcohol awareness training. Communicate effectively with servers, managers, chefs, and other team members to meet guest needs seamlessly. Participate in daily pre-service meetings, training sessions, and departmental collaborations to enhance skills and team cohesion. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 1-2 years of professional bartending experience in high-volume restaurants, nightclubs, or lounges. Certification: Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling certifications required. Skills: Expertise in mixology, strong communication skills, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods. Role involves repetitive motion and exposure to cleaning materials and kitchen elements.
