Marriott International seeks a dedicated Seasonal Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests in our pool areas. As a Seasonal Lifeguard, you will be part of a team striving to provide unparalleled hospitality and service, embodying our rich heritage and commitment to quality. Monitor pool areas to prevent accidents and promote safety Enforce all pool safety policies and regulations Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services Regularly check the pool water quality and temperature to ensure they are at appropriate levels Maintain cleanliness around the pool areas Assist in setting up pool furniture and equipment Educate guests about safety practices and pool rules Strong swimming proficiency Effective communication skills Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations Proficiency in CPR and First Aid Certified Lifeguard by a recognized authority CPR and First Aid certification
