this role Help plan and deliver engaging programs that build
connection and well-being. A creative, hands-on role with visible
impact on resident life. What you'll do Assist with planning,
setup, and execution of events and programs; support communications
and promotions. Encourage participation; provide Concierge coverage
as needed. Coordinate or drive transportation; uphold hospitality
standards with partners and vendors. Requirements: You bring 1 year
in senior living or hospitality preferred; HS diploma or GED
required. Organized communicator with customer-service mindset;
comfortable with MS Office/AV equipment. Valid driver’s license;
able to lift 25 lbs; flexible for evenings/weekends. Ready to make
