Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. /n /n Minimum Requirements /n - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. - Active Arizona state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to assignment start. - BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. - Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy required. - Competence with comprehensive patient evaluation, goal writing, functional treatment planning, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines. - Experience with documentation of letters of medical necessity and charge entry preferred. - Ability to supervise and delegate to support staff and to participate in student experiential programs preferred. - Adherence to applicable State Practice Act, maintenance of professional licensure, and completion of required continuing education. /n /n Assignment Details /n - Facility type: Outpatient clinic. - Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule. - Assignment duration: 13 week assignment. - Patient population focus: Orthopedic outpatient caseload. /n /n Location Highlights /n Discover Tucson's outdoor and cultural offerings within easy reach of the clinic.
