Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services throughout Arizona. We are currently hiring dynamic Independently Licensed Therapist to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services at our Gilbert, AZ location. Primary responsibilities for Licensed Therapist include completing initial and ongoing assessments of client's assigned to your panel, providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling, maintaining client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms), evaluating physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client, referring members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engage in population health, maintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirements, assessing for risk of harm to self and others and providing evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes of the client and align with Entune Behavioral Health's values. Independently Licensed, you will conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements of associate level staff. Additional responsibilities as appropriate.
