ER RN Supervisor, you’ll lead the emergency department with
confidence, compassion, and clinical expertise. You'll oversee ER
staff, ensure safe and efficient patient flow, support patient care
decisions, and help maintain high standards of emergency medical
services. ? Responsibilities - Provide hands-on clinical leadership
in the Emergency Department - Support, mentor, and guide ER nursing
staff - Oversee patient care, safety, and daily workflow -
Coordinate with providers and interdisciplinary teams - Maintain
compliance with facility standards and tribal healthcare guidelines
Requirements - Active RN license - ER experience required;
leadership experience preferred - Strong communication and
