Join a dynamic interventional cardiology team working day shifts with on-call coverage in East Tucson. /n/nJob Details/n /n - Position: Travel Cath Lab Registered Nurse (Cath Lab RN, Travel RN)/n - Location: Tucson, AZ 85748 (East Tucson – near Saguaro National Park)/n - Contract Length: 13 weeks (02/16/2026 – 05/18/2026)/n - Shift: Days, 07:00 AM – 05:30 PM (10-hour shifts)/n - Hours: 36 hours guaranteed, up to 40 hours per week/n - On-Call: 9–10 days per month/n - Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,370 – $2,500/n - Openings: 1/n /n/nRequired Qualifications/n /n - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state requirements apply)/n - Minimum 2 years recent Cath Lab RN or cardiac catheterization nursing experience/n - BLS and ACLS (AHA)/n - Experience with EMR and cath lab systems (e.g., Cerner, Mac-Lab)/n - Ability to participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent/emergent cases/n - Strong communication, teamwork, and peri-procedural assessment skills/n - Maximum Requested Time Off (RTO): 1 week/n /n/nKey Responsibilities/n /n - Circulate and monitor during cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and protocol adherence/n - Prepare procedure rooms, verify equipment and supplies, and support efficient case flow/n - Perform focused patient assessments and provide peri-procedural nursing care for diagnostic caths and interventional cases/n - Document patient care and procedural details accurately in EMR and cath lab systems/n - Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes/n - Participate in the on-call rotation and assist with emergent/add-on cases as needed/n /n/n This Tucson travel nursing opportunity is ideal for experienced cardiac cath nurses seeking short-term travel RN assignments in Arizona.
