with a well-established private practice, is seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular
Surgeon to join our growing team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a
unique opportunity to become part of a high-volume,
high-performance clinical practice serving a broad and diverse
patient population across Southern Arizona. Overview: Full-spectrum
Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. Hybrid practice model
with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care. Shared call schedule –
1:3. Robust surgical infrastructure with a high-volume service line
and strong referral base. Research opportunities available.
Partnership track available. Collaborative, collegial work
environment. Opportunity to contribute to practice growth and
innovation. Candidate Requirements: Board Certified or Board
Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery. Eligible for Arizona medical
licensure. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Interest in both thoracic and cardiac casework.* Experienced
