seeking a permanent, full-time Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our laboratory team on
a Baylor Shift (3x12 Overnight Weekends) . This position offers the
chance to work across all areas of the lab—including Blood Bank and
Microbiology—and play an essential role in supporting high-quality
patient care. Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Medical
Technology or related field (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred)
ASCP or AMT certification as MT/MLS or MLT required Previous
experience with Cerner strongly preferred Strong multitasking
skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach What We Offer:
