Description: This position involves working in a therapeutic setting focused on neurological rehabilitation. The therapist will support patients with injuries to the brain, spinal cord, or nerves. Patients with neurological injuries or diseases may have difficulty with movement, speech, swallowing, breathing, or learning. The role includes providing comprehensive rehabilitation for patients with spinal cord injuries, both traumatic and non-traumatic. Therapists will help to improve patients' physical, emotional, and psychological abilities. Specialized skills in brain injury rehabilitation are essential for recognizing the unique needs of affected individuals. Care will address physical dysfunction, cognitive impairments, and behavioral issues. The multidisciplinary team will aid in stroke rehabilitation, helping individuals regain function after a stroke. The goal is to facilitate the most complete recovery possible through effective assessment and treatment. Rehabilitation for amputee patients will focus on restoring strength and confidence while regaining function and mobility. Objectives are tailored to individual patient needs, including gait training, muscle strengthening, and fall safety.
