Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA). Its a degenerative brain
disorder that affects her ability to communicate. She is also
beginning to be easily confused.About the care needs: This is first
time looking for a caregiver for my wife. Patience is important
because communication with her is difficult and frustrating. No
special skills. She is currently able to take care of her hygiene
but that may change in short term.Services needed include: meal
preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship,
feeding, and bathing / dressing.
