PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Phoenix, Arizona, 85006! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Post
Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5:30 AM -
6:00 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months
of current PACU experience License: Active Arizona or Compact
license Certifications: - Active American Heart Association ACLS
certification - Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Active American Heart Association PALS certification Must-Have: -
Candidates must have a driver's license - License verification
cannot show any hits at the time of submission - Flu vaccination
status must be included in submission notes Description: Candidates
with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be
considered. Please vet all locations to travelers and add all
experienced departments candidates are willing to accept or work
in. This helps to get candidates presented quicker as orders open
and close quickly. The form needs to be 100% accurate and have all
requests noted in the highlights section. All requested time off
must be listed on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days.
Requested time off will not be approved in the first week of the
assignment or during holidays. All facilities the traveler is open
to working in should be listed. Any shift that the traveler is open
to working must also be listed. All departments the traveler is
open to working must be checked on the cover page. All candidates
submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. If the traveler
withdraws or is no longer available, please notify accordingly. Flu
vaccination declinations can be applied for, reach out for forms if
necessary. Background requirements must be adhered to and attested
