Requirements Master’s degree in psychology, applied behavior
analysis, or related field AZ Licensure or the ability to obtain a
license Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) BCBA: 1 years of work experience with children with autism
and related disorders. Caring, positive, energetic, flexible, and
motivated to learn Preferred experience with ACT, RFT, PEAK, Social
Skills, and OBM Skills Possess strong written and oral
communication skills Ability to effectively manage and train
Registered Behavior Technicians Valid driver’s license & reliable
transportation and auto insurance Pass a criminal background check
Roles and Responsibilities Work in collaboration with the
leadership team to increase provider productivity, enhance client
programming and support a creative workspace for employees. Assess,
design, develop and implement intervention plans and skill
acquisition programs for clients. Conduct behavioral assessments
and treatment fidelity measures to ensure proper implementation of
behavior support plans Supervise and provide ongoing training for
Registered Behavior Technicians. Train and collaborate with
families to ensure treatment fidelity and satisfaction. Participate
