Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6A Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Active registered nursing license Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Must-Have: Experience in critical care nursing Description: The ICU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The role includes supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The ICU Registered Nurse will be accountable for supporting high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The role requires maintaining the competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care. The nurse will work in a state-of-the-art facility offering specialized services, including orthopedics and sports medicine. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 4:1 during days and 5:1 during nights.
