Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time
contract position is available for a licensed Occupational
Therapist to provide comprehensive services in an elementary school
setting in Phoenix, AZ. The assignment runs through the current
school year, ending on May 21, 2026. The role involves working as
an itinerant therapist serving students from kindergarten through
eighth grade across one or two school locations. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy
services to a caseload of approximately 40 students, with needs
ranging from mild to severe. Provide compensatory services as
required. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
(COTAs). Collaborate with educational staff to support student
goals and ensure compliance with Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs). Preferred Qualifications: Current Arizona Occupational
Therapy license. Valid IVP Fingerprint Card. Experience in
school-based occupational therapy is highly preferred. Ability to
manage a diverse caseload in an itinerant role across multiple
locations. Work Details: Hours: Full-time, approximately 37.5 to 40
hours per week. Location: Onsite at an elementary school in the
Phoenix, AZ area. Contract type: School Year (CSY) contract through
