Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Gilbert, Arizona.

Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Varied work schedule with
opening availability • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and
document nursing care for ICU patients • Conduct comprehensive
patient assessments including physical, psychological, social,
spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge
planning needs • Review patient history and physical with
patient/family within appropriate timeframe • Monitor diagnostics
and laboratory data and report abnormal results to physicians •
Formulate and implement individualized plans of care including
discharge planning • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare
team members • Provide direct patient care, coordination,
delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities • Evaluate
patient and family response to care and teaching, revising plans as
needed • Document assessment, planning, implementation and
evaluation in patient records • Participate in education, role
development, and orientation of facility personnel • Supervise
licensed and non-licensed personnel in quality care delivery • Must
possess current valid RN license in state of practice or compact RN
licensure • BLS certification required • Minimum one year
experience in acute care hospital setting required • Experience in
acute care setting within past 12 months as Registered Nurse in
specialty area required • Bachelor's degree and professional
certification preferred • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and
respond quickly to unexpected patient care needs Facility: This
