RN PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in
Mesa, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PICU -
Pediatric Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP -
Duration: 13 weeks - 12 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days -
Employment Type: Travel No candidates with an AZ home address on
their drivers license will be considered - please include a copy in
submission /n /nPLEASE NOTE: This assignment requires
candidate/agency to be Vendor Neutral, no identifying agency
merchandise can be seen while on assignment with Banner Health. A
Vendor Neutral Attestation must be signed prior to start,
acknowledging all parties are aware. Any candidate/agency that does
not follow Vendor Neutral Attestation may result in termination of
assignment /n /nThis position assesses, plans, implements,
evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with
organizational policies and in accordance with standards of
professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for
professional nursing practice and development. This position is
accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self
or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes
specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to
assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the
physical and developmental age of assigned patients. /n

ICU experience - REQUIRED /n /n• Certifications must be American
Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon and
INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED /n /n• No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
/n /n• No time off; time off can be listed as preferred, but will
not necessarily be honored /n /n• COVID and FLU vaccination
required Please add vaccination status in the submission notes /n
