We're seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team and help children from birth to age 21 achieve meaningful developmental milestones in various settings, including clinics, home health, and telehealth. \n Responsibilities: \n \n \n Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills of individuals served. \n \n \n Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques. \n \n \n Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation. \n \n \n Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress. \n \n \n Provide caregiver education to support carryover of skills at home. \n \n \n Coordinate services effectively between home, clinic, and telehealth platforms. \n \n Must be willing to work a combination of home health and clinic ( exception: Home health only) \n \n Qualifications: \n \n \n Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. \n \n \n Current state licensure/certification as an SLP in Arizona. \n \n \n One year of experience as a speech therapist is preferred. \n \n \n Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance (for home health visits). \n \n \n Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. \n \n \n What We Offer: \n \n \n Full-time and Part-time schedules are available. \n \n \n Full compensation and benefits package for full-time employees 32 hours per week. \n \n \n 401(k) with company match. \n \n \n Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay. \n \n \n Supportive, mission-driven work culture. \n \n \n Career development opportunities and nationwide advancement. \n \n \n Rewarding work where you make a lasting impact! \n \n \n Apply Today!
