Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med SurgeTeam Inc is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Med Surg to join their team in Eloy, Arizona.Job Summary:The Travel Nurse RN Med Surg will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med Surg setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in Med Surg nursing and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to Med Surg patients
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughlyRequirements:
  • Current RN licensure in Arizona
  • Experience in Med Surg nursing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
