• Paid Training.Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on restaurant performance.Typical day for a Restaurant General Manager:
  • Manage profitability through cash control, security procedures, inventory management, labor oversight, and financial review.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
  • Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
  • Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure a friendly, high-quality guest experience.Qualifications:
    • Minimum 1 year of GM experience in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
