Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Role
CornerStone Professional Placement is partnering with a leading real estate management company in Scottsdale to find a detail-oriented Marketing Account Manager. This hands-on role will drive digital marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of residential communities across the region. You will balance creative campaign management with data-driven performance analysis, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to maximize marketing impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including paid search, display, re-targeting, and social media platforms.
Maintain and update websites to enhance digital presence for each property in the portfolio.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze traffic sources, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Coordinate timely execution of marketing initiatives with external partners.
Support internal communications and project updates to stakeholders.
Present clear and actionable campaign insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ideal Background

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or account management.
Proficient with SEO/SEM best practices and comfortable interpreting performance data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to translate analytics into strategic recommendations.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
