Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $81,000.00/yr
Opportunity for General Manager in Training
We are seeking hospitable, organized, self-starters to join our Management Development Program. Within 6-12 months, you could be managing a wedding venue. Our training covers hosting events, food logistics, staff scheduling, revenue planning, and vendor partnerships. You will learn how to delight clients, guests, and motivate your team.
Supported by our General Manager network, dedicated training team, and centralized departments, you'll be set for success. We prioritize a collaborative culture that values growth, learning, and fun.
Compensation includes competitive pay, bonuses, PTO, paid holidays, insurance options, a health reimbursement account, and a 401(k) with company match.
Established in 1986, we have venues across the country and are expanding. You will be assigned a training venue, with discussions about long-term placement and relocation expenses covered if needed.

  Candidate Profile

  • Experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar, hotel, or event venue).
    
  • Enjoy working with people and customer service.
    
  • Leadership skills including delegation and coaching.
    
  • Excellent time management and organization.
    
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
