Job Description:
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a
Process Engineer role in Phoenix, AZ. Our client is a

Responsibilities: · Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing
processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. ·
Analyze production data and workflows to identify opportunities for
continuous improvement. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams
including production, quality, and maintenance to resolve process
issues. · Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
and work instructions. · Lead process improvement initiatives such
as Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis. · Support new product
introductions by developing and validating manufacturing processes.
· Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions when
necessary. · Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and
quality standards. · Provide technical support and training to
production staff. · Assist in equipment selection, installation,
and validation. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
(Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field
preferred). · 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or process
engineering role preferred. · Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills with a focus on continuous improvement. · Experience with
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
· Proficiency in data analysis and process documentation. ·
Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills. ·
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced
