Job Description Job Description Job Title: Electrician Job Description We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our team, focusing on the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems for large commercial or industrial projects. This role involves complex troubleshooting and diagnostics, ensuring all electrical work meets blueprints, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in large commercial or industrial projects. Perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems, resolving issues promptly. Ensure electrical work is completed according to blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations. Coordinate with leadership, engineers, and other trades to align electrical work with overall goals. Oversee and maintain inventory of electrical materials and tools, ensuring proper stock levels and availability. Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for electrical work to minimize risk. Follow lean manufacturing guidelines, providing continuous improvement suggestions for gained efficiency. Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical systems, specifically in construction rather than industrial settings. Experience with pipefitting, bending conduit, controls, low voltage, and terminations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team. 3 years of experience in electrical installation and repair. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in electrical systems is preferred. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role requires physical activity, including the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed, and climb portable ladders. The position demands good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination. Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
