A part-time Physical Therapist role is available for the 2025-2026 school year, supporting K-2nd and 6-12th grade caseloads within a K-12 educational setting. This position involves providing physical therapy services two days per week, totaling 16 hours, under a contract agreement. Key Responsibilities: Deliver skilled physical therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to students in grades K-2 and 6-12. Collaborate with educators and families to support students functional abilities and participation in the school environment. Maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development. Qualifications: Doctorate-level degree in Physical Therapy. Valid Arizona Physical Therapy License.
