Job Description:

Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
This role is crucial for assisting our diverse clientele, providing
service not only in English but also in another language, enhancing
communication and support for non-English-speaking customers. The
ideal candidate will respond to customer queries, manage accounts,
process claims efficiently, and foster a positive relationship with
clients through high-quality service. This position requires
excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a
commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Answer
and manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries. Identify
customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or
alternatives. Manage customer accounts, update information, and
process insurance claims with precision. Keep records of customer
interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow
communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure
compliance and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members
to achieve better results and enhance customer service. Fluency in
English and one other language (Spanish, Chinese, French, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in
Microsoft Office and relevant database software. Ability to
multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Medical

Certifications in Customer Service Management or related fields are
desirable but not mandatory.
