We are seeking a detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land
surveys to determine the precise locations of boundaries and
features, providing accurate data for construction and development
projects while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory
requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct land surveys using a
variety of surveying equipment and technology. Prepare and maintain
accurate records, maps, and reports of surveyed areas. Perform ALTA
surveys to meet specific client requirements. Execute topographic
surveys to gather data on terrain and geographical features.
Estimate project costs and timelines based on survey findings and
client needs. Implement quality control processes to ensure
accuracy and reliability of survey results. Collaborate with
architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide necessary
survey data. Qualifications Proven experience in land surveying,
including ALTA and topographic surveys. Strong knowledge of
surveying software and equipment. Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to
quality control. Benefits Compensation: $75k-130k/year Medical
