Job Description Job Description Job Title: Yard Foreman Job Description The Yard Foreman will manage inventory, build orders, coordinate drop-offs and deliveries, and oversee yard functions. Additionally, the role involves managing the cost of materials and tools, ensuring that materials are delivered in reasonable amounts. Responsibilities Manage and oversee yard functions. Coordinate and manage drop-offs and deliveries. Oversee inventory control and build orders. Ensure cost-effective management of materials and tools. Operate various forklifts including reach lifts and rough terrain forklifts. Lead and supervise yard operations, particularly in a warehouse or inventory management setting. Apply rigging skills in daily operations. Essential Skills Experience in inventory control and logistics. Forklift certification with experience in operating various forklifts. Experience working in a yard environment, preferably with steel. Experience as a lead, foreman, or supervisor in warehouse/inventory management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational skills. Comfortable working outdoors. Valid Driver's License. Rigging experience. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is outdoors at TSMC, with a schedule of 50 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 5am to 3:30pm. The role requires comfort working in the heat and managing multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $51.91 - $51.91/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
