Job Description:
Foresight Technologies, a leader in integrating artificial

architectural sectors, is seeking a highly skilled Construction
Superintendent specialized in high-purity plumbing systems. This
role requires an innovative individual who can effectively combine
construction expertise with our cutting-edge technologies to
oversee and lead high-purity plumbing projects. Our projects relate
specifically to environments requiring controlled conditions such
as pharmaceutical facilities, semiconductor manufacturing plants,
and other similar industrial applications. Oversee the daily
operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to laws,
safety standards, and client requirements. Coordinate and supervise
the activities of workers and subcontractors ensuring projects meet
budgetary and timeline constraints. Review project plans and
drawings, ensuring design specifications align with high-purity
system requirements. Conduct regular inspections and enforce strict
compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage procurement
and resource allocation in an efficient manner. Serve as the
primary point of communication between project stakeholders,
reporting progress and challenges encountered. Implement Foresight
Technologies' AI and automation tools for project management and
operational efficiency enhancements. Expertise in high-purity
plumbing systems and their construction. Strong leadership skills
and experience in project management and supervision. Proficient in
the use of AI and automation technology tools for construction
management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions quickly.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal
requirements related to construction. Medical Insurance Dental

Construction Manager (CCM) - optional but preferred. OSHA Safety
Certification. Any relevant plumbing or engineering
certifications.
