Job Description Job Description El Encanto Restaurants is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor . The Maintenance supervisor performs a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds at various facilities in Cave Creek, Desert Hills, and Fountain Hills all while managing a small team of technicians. The Maintenance Supervisor hires, trains and develops all maintenance personnel and will be held accountable to all El Encanto Core Values. Trains and mentors maintenance staff. Delegates work orders and instructions to staff in a timely manner and follows through to completion. Tasks including but not limited to; carpentry, electrical, plumbing, glazier, masonry and painting tasks; repairs and treats structures such as floors, showers, sinks, walls, roofs, and carpets; cleans debris from roof gutters as necessary; performs minor troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments of locks on doors, cabinets, desks, closets, repairs door hinges, changes filters on various ventilation units, hooks up and services kitchen appliances, reports mechanical malfunctions to appropriate party for action, moves and assists in moving furniture and equipment, identifies projects requiring the services of a higher skilled crafts person, assists in obtaining quotes and arranging for services of outside vendors as directed; completes service requests and updates work logs for specific site requirements; activates building alarms, assists with special projects periodically as directed, maintains clean, safe and orderly work sites. Identifies projects requiring the services of a higher skilled crafts person. Assists in obtaining multiple quotes and arranging for services of outside vendors as directed. Oversees contracted projects meet our organization standards and are 100% completed to owners' satisfaction. Inspects property for needed repairs (i.e., landscaping, roofs, lighting, parking lots, etc.) Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Paying special attention to all safety protocols. Qualifications: HAACP Training OSHA training General Industry Safety Training Sanitation Training Must be able to reach, bend, climb and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis Must have a good driving record and valid driver's license.
