Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office
Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our pain
management and primary care practices. The ideal candidate will
bring a blend of leadership, operational expertise, eClinicalWorks
(ECW) background, and a passion for healthcare. Key
Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth
and efficient workflow within both pain management and primary care
departments. - Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering
a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Coordinate
patient scheduling, ensuring optimal appointment setting and
patient flow. - Oversee billing and financial processes, ensuring
accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. - Maintain compliance
with healthcare regulations and company policies, ensuring all
operations are in line with legal standards. - Collaborate with
medical staff to enhance patient care and improve service delivery.
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring effective
communication and resolution. - Implement and optimize office
systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency and
service delivery. - Assist in hiring, training, and evaluation of
office personnel. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare
administration, business administration, or a related field
preferred. - Proven experience in office management, particularly
within a healthcare setting, preferably in pain management or
primary care. - Strong leadership skills with a track record of
effectively managing teams. - Exceptional organizational and
multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. - Proficiency in healthcare management software and
Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of medical terminology and
billing procedures. - Ability to work independently as well as
