We’re representing a well-established and highly respected public accounting firm that is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their team. This is an onsite role with hybrid flexibility once established — perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but values some flexibility. Position Highlights: Lead tax engagements for a variety of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, S corps, and closely held businesses Provide hands-on review and oversight of complex tax returns Collaborate directly with clients to deliver proactive tax planning strategies Supervise and mentor junior staff, helping develop the next generation of talent Stay current on evolving tax laws and compliance requirements Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite | Hybrid flexibility after ramp-up) What They're Looking For: 5 years of public accounting experience , with recent leadership in tax engagements CPA or EA designation required Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to client service Experience with closely held businesses, individuals, and multi-state returns preferred What You’ll Get: Competitive compensation and benefits package. $125-$150k DOE Growth opportunities in a firm that values work-life balance A supportive and professional work environment Exposure to a high-quality, loyal client base Apply within
