eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARYAs a Sr. Specialist
Network Engineer, you'll act as the subject matter expert to
deliver, sustain, deploy, and retire Data Center and Cloud network
infrastructure in the AMS region (North and South America). We'll
count on you to manage multiple technical areas in the Nestle
Regional and Global Data Center Networks from a technical expertise
point of view and with the coordination of third party service
providers. You'll be responsible for operational service management
processes to ensure quality, efficiency, productivity, and agility
goals are achieved. Working closely with global ITP network teams
and other business IT teams, you'll provide support to stakeholders
within the AMS market.This is a position is based in Phoenix,
AZ.
- Ensure the delivery of efficient and secure IT operations,
support IT systems that fulfill the needs of the business, and
provide input to the development team, technical lead and
peers
- Oversee the support processes that include incident, problem,
change, configuration, and event management
- Ensure IT strategic service partners provide the required level
of service, system performance, and functionality required to meet
business commitments
- Support the implementation and management of quality and
efficiency improvements of IT service delivery, to drive value and
support
- Support market and project testing; support specification,
configuration, and sustain activities, utilizing 3rd party services
as directed
- Run small-scale projects (managed work activities) for the
deployment of functionalities
- Responsible for operational compliance of all
technology-related issues across IS/IT, including information
security, privacy, business continuity, identity management, user
access, and data integrityRequirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems,
business administration or related field, or equivalent work
experience
- 5+ years of enterprise level experience supporting, deploying,
and executing preventive maintenance in a mission-critical LAN
(local area network) and 1+ year of experience supporting network
connectivity to and within Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or
Google Cloud Platform)
- 3+ years of Network Design and project deployment
experience
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining
Cisco hardware/software, switching and routing in on-prem
datacenters
- 3+ years of experience working with Network Load balancersOther
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum framework is preferred
- Experience working with Firewalls is preferred
- Automation (Ansible and Terraform) experience is preferred
- Experience working with or developing Network monitoring tools
is preferred
- Understanding of OSI network model, Ethernet, and TCP/IP to
perform and analyze packet captures is preferredDon't meet all the

is$93,000 to $127,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a
good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final
compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to
knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic
